About a week ago I made cashew chicken for dinner and it turned out great. I wanted to share the recipe.
Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
2 tablespoons dry sherry
2 teaspoons minced peeled fresh ginger

I am back! I know I haven’t been making many updates but I noticed something last night while going through some old vacation pictures.
